  2. Shot after a wash. 5000k headlights 3000k foggies
  3. Was told by Clifton to go northmead. My old impreza got done at livo exhausts and it was good. I think I just rind around and get quotes. Yeh I think I get disapproval from lebspec anyway crx driver shaking his head at me the other day when he saw dat orange! Then understeered in a roundabout and I overtook with style haha.
  4. I like the bent tips haha. But if it looks lebspec ill cut it hahaha.
  5. Yeh it was never used to good find for me. Iv never seen one with it on. But I thought it would look mean and something different to go with my orange wheels haha.
  6. No frills! Nah haha its custom my uncle's mate fabricates **** for cars and bikes. Had this laying around so I got it off him. His out of the game now so no tools to make me the rest of the exhaust :(
  7. Noooo I paid 60 for this one hahaha. Oh well. Can't wait to have it finished see if it makes a difference in sound.
  8. Cool ill get onto it :). Hopefully get a full system and headers ported head etc soon enough. Lol. Prolly get all that done and still 4x4 spec.
  9. Coll ill get onto it :). Hopefully get a full system and headers ported head etc soon enough. Lol. Peolly get all that done and still 4x4 spec.
  10. I should be able to swing past be a bit more active and meet some of you. Need to flash these orange runs around ;) haha
  11. No way am I technical but from what iv researched its kinda a double edged sword. Thicker is better lube but more stress on pump and engine and thinner may be less lube but easier to pump? Maybe meet in the middle and go 5w50?
  12. Well I did that with the exhaust she hasn't given in to New springs yet. May be make an offer on a house tomorrow so see how my funds go haha. Ps. Any recommendations on exhaust size? Only doing axle back atm but may expand. Thinking 2.5" stainless?.
  13. Small update. Did my 150k km service. changed to all synthetic oils 5w40 nulon, flushed radiator, power steering fluid and brake fluid. feels like a new car! :D Also ordered this bad boy! SUPER fast shipping only took 2days. 2.5" inlet 3" twin outlets. Any recommendations on what exhaust shop I should hit up to make me a axleback with the brackets and flanges. I want it to be a straight swap so i can change it in and out if needed.
  14. As the title says looking for a stock axle back exhaust for my 03 sportivo. As well lowering springs in useable condition. 0458071988. I work long hrs so txt first and ill call back/reply when free.
  15. Red sportivo today parked in glenfield as I was sussing out houses for sale. Gave each other the look at each other and each others car and I moved along. Looked nice and neat.
  16. Need to get a front strut brace for sure. Then I gotta convince my wife it needs to be low lol. Kinda hard to convince her though as I should be making an offer on a house this week. Haha tough decisions. Other then that I don't think I will do much else, maybe just tiny things here and there but don't really wonna ****** with exhaust and intake and ****. Kinda over loud cars. I had a gtir with a straight through 3" that was rather loud haha.
  17. Thanks! :) Yeh it does work it cleared up a lot of the cloudyness and scratchiness not 100% but better then what it was.
  18. I bought my 2003 Sportivo a few months ago. Stock as a rock of a elderly couple at 130k kms complete service history and a brand new clutch. I have done a few mods but will keep it mostly stock and just keep it well looked after. Future Mods: *Suspension - Whiteline sports springs. *Cold Air Intake - Snorkel taken out and 50mm flexi pipe run behind front grill. *Ported Extractors *Lights - 5000k low/highs and 3000k foggies. *Yellow ting foggies *Tinted weather shields *Black bonnet protector *EzLip Latest photo. Oil, Oil filter, K&N panel filter, Box oil, Power steering flushed, Brake fluid, Radiator, Brakes, Tyres all done, Plugs, Leads and everything completely checked all done within the first week of owning it ( I like to start fresh gives me peace of mind even if i am wasting money lol) Black Callipers for super stealth! MCM Inspired Avocado clean. It actually worked! Thought I would be a little different and wanted to test out Plastidip. Front wheels done! waiting on some decent weather so I can do the rear wheels and callipers. -1.75degrees camber. Feels a lot more planted to the floor and I can take corners a lot more aggressively. Needs moar low though! 5000k low/high and 3000k foggies. Went and did some shopping to get the job done! i coulda spent all day in bunnings. Perks of being a manager at work, get to waste time doing car stuff ;) Before. After.
  19. sorry if it was a dumb question lol just wanted to confirm. cause yeh basically saw some decent headlights, globes, front and rear lips etc... well good to know opens up the options of what I can do. as for suspension and springs i think i will just stick to what has been proven to work and prolly get coilovers eventually.
  20. Hi guys, Sorry if its been covered, but iv noticed there is alot more parts for sale for corollas as a pose to corolla sportivos. Things like lights, grills, struts, sways and other bits and pieces. will things like this fit? I have a 2003 Sportivo zze123r. Cheers.
  21. For me the sportivo ticked all the boxes. Reliable, very good on fuel, looks good, safe and above all really fun to drive and quite powerful if you use the whole rev range. And with a few mods it can be quite a zippy car. But Yeh its what you want to get out of a car.
  22. My sportivo averages 650+ every tank that's with some spirited driving. A lot better then 400 in my gtir lol.
  23. ok awesome cause yeh i dont want it to be max stanced out. i want it just subtle. yeh my tyres are wearing on the shoulder so i did some research and -1.5 to -1.75 gets rids of that and improves handling a heap. so yeh pretty keen on it :D
