V6 and I4 tachs from what I can remember when a friend tried, didn't interchange.
-
I can see it being called the Scion aE here int he US. I like it!
-
1MZ-FE. Stock engine and Auto tranny that came in the car. I plan to up the boost a tad and get tuned before too too long.
The US Gen 3 Camry had the 1MZ-FE from 94-96. The US Gen 3 from 92-93 had the 3VZ-FE like you guys.

^ 1ZZ or 2ZZ?
I;m just curious. I;ve installed on with a friend on his 1ZZ (now sold). It was quite a pain to deal with the stupid studs to bolt the SC to the head.
-
^ Ah, ok. I was wondering how that went down. :)
Gabe had been contacted a few days ago from an MR2 owner wanting the SC with cash in hand. But we always like seeing these SC's staying int he Camry community.
-
^ I've done it MANY more, ah haha.
But yeah, Have Dave help you out for sure. :) He knows his stuff.

^ HAHAHAH!!!
I;m driving to Canada (Toronto) in 3 weeks. Man, I can;t wait.

Well looking like it's headed to Australia if all goes well now. :) Damn you Aussie's making me ship all this **** over to you!
-
Looking up OEM Part numbers, ALL the 1MZ's in the US used the same crank pulley, EVEN the VVT-i ones.
Gabe, Australia never got the VVT-i 1MZ in the Camry.

Normal. :) You should try it when it's REALLY cold, lol.
Car shifts from 1-2 at over 3000 RPM's, and 2-3 shift at like 3500 RPM's untill warm.

LOL! Oh, Andrew, sent you back an im on MSN with some info.
And man, today is gonna be a LONG day. Working on my friend's '02 Solara (Camry Coupe) with a TRD Supercharger. Making a COMPLETE custom fuel system on it thats better for the high boost he's running.

^ Yes, USD, sorry. They pop up for sale normally within every 3 months. The typical selling price is between usually within $2200-$3000, and seems to average around $2500USD. They WERE $3800USD when new.
Anthony, it;s called knowing how to drive. :-P haha. And he;s putting down anouth 50WHP since that video. ****, the Headers and y-pipe I installed last week I think got me 15hp!

^ You need to know how to work on cars 1st!
-
BWA HAHAHAH!!!! The TRD Oil Filter HERE in the US is like $20USD.
If you really want to "dress" up your engine bay.
1: TRD Radiator Cap
2: TRD Oil Cap
3: SRI or CAI
4: Paint Valve Cover

There is a little slot to stick the flathead in as well. You can't miss it.

I'm not sure whether yours would be OBDII compliant. All I know is that in the US, it was required that all cars built after January 1, 1996 be OBDII compliant. In Australia, it was only made mandatory in January 2005. The easiest way to tell is to look around your dash etc for a plug that looks like this:
:o Wow. The 1994 V6 Camry had OBD2, lol. every 1MZ-FE in the US and Canada has been OBD2.

The RSB is the single best suspension upgrade for the money on the Gen 3/4. :)
-
^ DAMN! I forgot about that one too.......Good call!
-
There is only TRD and Whiteline. TRD is to big to ship via the Post Office so will be really expensive to ship. Get Whiteline. Good brand.
Gen 3's at the track.
