Yes they will. I just put a set in my 2008 atx. But had to: 1. Paint the sensors to my colour 2. Change the wiring positions in the plugs that piggyback into air conditioning control wiring. 3. Modify templates for holes in front bumper for sensors. But switch, wiring, ecu, etc all fit where they are supposed too.
