  1. Ahh ok then... I'll continue this convo in the thread you make... Thanks for that mate :D Cheers :D
  2. Ok. So is there a write up somewhere for a Sportivo Specific break conversion??? Cheers :D
  3. Ok cool. I assume the standard front Stivo Calipers are single piston? Also, how big are the discs on the Stivo? Sorry for going a bit OT... Cheers :D
  4. I was wondering, has this Brake Upgrade been written up before somewhere on here? Are the AE101/111 brakes better/bigger than the Stivo brakes??? Cheers :D
  5. Ok then. Say I didn't go with the stroker kit, shouldn't I still go with sleeves if I intend on doing cams, pistons, rods, valves etc..??? Or is it safe to not sleeve the block, and just steer clear of Bore damaging pistons (Wiseco...)??? Cheers :D
  6. Haha thanks mate :D I've actually already gone through the MWR website, and converted all prices to AUD, and listed the parts required for such a conversion, and the pricing involved etc... Like I said, I just need to find a workshop in Adelaide ;) I asked about Adelaide workshops and tuners in another thread, but no one replied :( Cheers :D
  7. 200 bhp Any more info??? Is that at the wheels? Cheers :D
  8. Haha I'm counting mate... Number isn't changing though What kind of power are these stroked 2zz's making??? Cheers :D
  9. Bump..... Has anyone in Aust. built a tough NA 2zz yet (with internals etc.)??? I'm very much contemplating doing this.... Just need to get some more cash Not to mention find someone in Adelaide who can do all the tuning etc... Cheers :D
  10. Hey guys :D I've tried several searches, on several forums, but I never seem to find anything, that specifically answers my question... Who, in Adelaide, is a trusted tuner of Toyotas??? I'm hoping to (maybe...) get some work done to our Sportivo some time in the future, but I can't seem to find much information about any reliable tuners of NA cars in Adelaide It would be nice if the tuner had experience with Power FC ECUs... I've heard Fours'N'More are (or were) good, but not too sure about whether they tune PFCs. Jaustech??? Anyways... Yeah, I have no idea, so any help from anyone in the know would be great :D Cheers :D
  11. Ahh ok. Come to think of it... There is bugger all space there hey... Oh well, at least you worked it out :) Cheers :D
  12. Looking VERY nice there buddy! Can I ask... Is that a twin entry FMIC??? If so... Why? I'm not questioning your decision as such, just curious, I don't know much about them thats all. Cheers :D
  13. no, that's just the way the gearbox is. You can try changing the gear oil to Redline Super Lightweight Shockproof but it's expensive. Damn... That sucks :( How much would enough of that oil cost??? Ballpark figure is ok... looking at ~$100-120 Ok cool... After driving it all day today... I reckon it'll be worth forking out the dosh for some of that oil... Really needs it ;) Cheers :D
  14. oh i miss read it i thought it was due for its 1000km service :P thats ok then hit lift all u want xD~ Haha nah man... I'm not THAT stupid... I don't think I am anyways :P no, that's just the way the gearbox is. You can try changing the gear oil to Redline Super Lightweight Shockproof but it's expensive. Damn... That sucks :( How much would enough of that oil cost??? Ballpark figure is ok... WTF! Don't you hate that... I don't see how you can get used to something that just DOESN'T WORK... I better not get told that by the guy that I ask to do the adjustment... 1st to 2nd is the ONLY shift that sucks in lift... I'd like to see the mechanic try it... It simply DOES NOT BUDGE... 2nd to 3rd is easy and 3rd to 4th (only did it once...) was very easy as well... Cheers guys :D
  15. Oh ok... Maybe you should just try hitting lift in 1st... Then you'll know for sure :P Also, to anyone who's had it fixed properly... Does this get rid of the notchy feel in the gearbox for general shifting (up OR down gears)??? Cheers :D
