  1. Thanks for the reply Trent, I did exactly what you suggested, removed back seats and accessed the sender plug, shorted it out and fuel gauge works as advertised. Not sure about opening the tank yet, will give it some thought and look into what type of sensor is in there. Once again thanks.

  3. Hello, I have recently developed a problem with my 2006 Yaris,The fuel bar is flashing and I know the tank is not anywhere near empty. Has anyone else experienced this, and I would appreciate any ideas on what to check. cheers
