  1. 5 CSA Motovator 18x7 multi four stud wheels with 4 Kumho Ecsta Ku31 215/40 with 89 load rating tyres

Stud pattern will fit most four stud front wheel drive cars (4x100 and 4x114.3)

2 tyres about 80-90% tread, the other 2 probably need be replaced in the near future.

1 wheel has girlfriend gutter rash, the other three are fine.

I also have one spare rim without a tyre; however it has a buckle in it but no gutter rash. So if you can get this one re-rolled then you will have a perfect set of four plus a spare.

  2. I had 2 of those boot spits replaced on my GF's sportivo, keeps spliting and only my GF drives the car. Although this time its been left a bit long so need to rebuild the CV.

If anyone know where i can a change over shaft in vic please let me know, they only seem to have em for the normal corolla not the sportivo (ZZE123).

  3. Jacked up the sportivo on the weekend and noticed that I could see the flywheel from under the car. Now I assume there is suppose to be a flywheel inspection cover there. The last people who touch my car were Toyota, so I am assuming they forgot to put it on after having a look, since i assume its not something that falls off.

Does any1 know where I can source one for an '05 Corolla Sportivo (dont say Toyota)?

    Cheers

  4. My gf took her car (my old '05 corolla sportivo) to work but forgot to take out the service book

I was going to buy all the parts today and service it when she gets home.

Can some1 have a quick look in their service book and let me know what I need for the 80k service.

Last I looked (like 3 mts ago) it was:

    Oil

    Oil Filter

    Clutch Fuid

    Brake Fluid

What else am i missing for the 80k service?

  5. have any of you guys taken your chrome off or are you spraying over it?

might be getting a spare set of lights next week so ill be doing mine soon too to match my jdm tailies lol!

No need to stirp crome. 3 years later mine still look brand new :)

  6. from memory the zero one, did not have a lower bracket height adjustment, therefore the only height adjustment is the shock stroke height, which if you want to be low, can compromise ride quality and performance, aswell as wear out the shocks quicker.

I previous had cuso zero 2's. I would not buy anything else if i owned a rolla.

  7. oh my, LOL

    why a spec S

you should get the aero kit - mms thats hot

anyways LOL looking very nice, you should vs my sister hahahahahaHAHAHAHAHA

200sx looks perfect from from the factory. A Spec S was the only choice in my opinion. I actually crossed out Spec R's and GT specs since the ad on kits just ruin the look of the S15. The only advantage of a Spec R is the Sunroof, the other gear (6 stacker, side skirts and rear spoiler) is useless to me. Plus an Aero kitted would likely be a jap import, and that a no no in my opinion.

  8. nice car dude. My mate has an identical 1 but is a big sleeper 297rwkw and slammed on stockies with coilovers.

They are already a sexy car though.

Did you end up selling the stivo? and for how much if you dont mind me asking?

I still have the rolla, I have had like 15 calls all interstate, but no looksy yet. I know first to to see will buy since it is in perfect condition.

  9. Nice sports car - guaranteed to be a chick magnet.

    I'm so jealous. I want one :D

Chick magnet, i hope not. My girlfriend already hates the 200sx, since i spend too much time with it. Plus she feels claustraphobic in it and doors are heavy and long and hit her as she gets out. So lets not make it worse :)

i know how you feel... i use to have a 94 supra... the missus hated it.. small, tight cabin area, and she had to pretty much do a camando roll to get out of the car.

nice car anyways, and i would of picked up the s15 over an R34 as well, unless it was a GTR.

how much did you pay for it? if you don't mind me asking, i'm also looking at getting an S15 or S14 series 2, but something 98' or 99', not a 02', i can't aford it. :(

I pm'd the price to you.

I was going to buy an S14a also, but this came around and fell in love and the little bit extra to pay was worth it. The only problem with the S15 is the 6 speed sh*t box, which many s15 owvers just convert to an older 5 speed. I think a 99, would be a grey import which personally i would avoid (insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!plus they all have wound back odo!!!!!!!!, which i would understand living in japan for a personal car, but when you sell dodgie <_< ).

  11. Only really subtle mods/upgrades/repairs/maintenence:

s15 Momo factory option steering wheel

    Momo gearknob

    alloy pedals

    clear side indicators

maybe foglights (not sure yet i kinda like the open black mesh look)

All the cheap looking silver interior trims are goin piano black (they a scratched anyway)

red led dash and centre console

350z track 18 inch 6 spoke wheels with Kumho KU31 tyres (i loved these tyres on my rolla)

Softer suspension lol (something adjustable but ride height is ok)

recover back interior panels in vinyl (they are just plastic and scratch real easy, damn dog)

Replace or recover door trims (they are a bit scratched, I’m just picky cuz the rolla was just perfect)

Recover seats (not leather, just something else that’s black, they are kind of charcoal with checks now, plus i want the new car smell back)

    Window tint

7 inch double din dvd screen

    new front splits and rears

    reverse camera

new clutch (this one sucks) say excedy hd

upgrade gearbox with welded 3rd and 4th circlips, since s15 6speeds are known for breaking, or i can just replace them as they break, since they are cheap enough.

install new realese bearing (do it when i get a new clutch, its not too bad yet)

replace VCT unit/solenoid (not noisy yet, but they are known to start to rattle after 100k, mines not quite there yet)

new brake pads, just something slightly better than stock

probably replace brake and cluch master cylinders (just better to have new)

remove 3 small dents form drivers door (they are really minor, and can only be seen in certain lights/angles and can be pulled out by those mobile guys for bugger all money)

blend minor scrach on rear bumper (i'll buy my mate a slab of something)

respray front bumper (there some stress fracture line where he has nudged something, but a re hard to see, just picky I guess, a bit to hard to blend i think)

steam clean everything (damn grandpa smell!!!)

oh and yes last thing, an air freshener :) I'm thinking pine oak :)

  12. R34 lol, I don't know why you would want one of those. Nope s15 looks so much better (in and out), better on fuel and its not a grey import with clock wound back, better insurance prices, has genuine Australian service records w reciepts, better seat position.

  13. I picked up my new ride last week.

2002 Nissan 200sx Spec S (Aus Delivered) 6 speed manual

It absolutely stock except for a mobile phone antenna.

The body is mint, interior well it is covered in white dog hair and has scratches on everything.

It has low km, perfect service records, I got it cheap and only had to look at 1.

I bought it off a one owner grandpa who just upgraded to a Golf GTI 2 door.

To start with the Corolla Sportivo has a much more refined engine and gearbox and everything feels tighter and new.

The 200sx well its bumpy, very bumpy for a stock car, the back is really only good for shopping, it smells like a grandpa inside, something rattle behind the dash, gear stick is shaky and you can hear every noise in the gear box, engine sounds like a ford when you start it (its the fan) and kinda rough, kinda slopy/soft clutch, expensive to insure.

And you know what, I don't care!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is fast, its RWD, it corners, it looks great from every angle, the trans is well geared to the engine, it has a cool turbo flutter noise, the seat position is A1 (I feel like Im sitting on the floor) and it white pearl.

    Here some picks, enjoy :)
