Hi all, I am new baby to this forum. I have Camry Altise 2008 and km is 153,000. I have heard from my friends that when Camry reaches 150,000 km, it needs to have a major service. So I am seeking advice which parts need to be service, please. Thanks.

Regarding the Bluetooth Streaming, you buy the bluetooth fm transmitter, connect phone with internal speaker of car. It fits car since 1990 You can buy from ebay with cheap price. Picture is attached as below
