My 2000 Echo, manual, 2NZ-FE, 150000kms, takes a few goes to start, just winds over. Once started, if I try to drive away it has no power, and will stall. If I warm it up for about five minutes, I can usually drive, but at around 3000 rpm, it hesitates, has a flat spot, no power etc. I have replaced the air filter, spark plugs and fuel filter. No change. Any help is greatly appreciated Cheers, Steve
