Hi members,
I got my 2014 Rav 4 three years ago. Shortly after the purchase the touch screen got temperamental, becoming un responsive at times. After a while, the whole media console died, including radio/cd player and all the USB ports. I only get an application error message when I try to start the application and that's as far as it gets. Please see the attached photo.
Full message" Application start.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down"
Does anyone have any clues or experience with this problem?
