  1. same mate...2rz...(sorry if this doesnt work properly...im new to this site!) sorry...i have to do this thing tomorrow....if anyone can please help me before tomorrow morning that would be awesome.... when i pulled the head/dizzy, etc off the 90 model 2rz that was given to me, i noticed that the dizzy was 'gear driven' (by that i mean 'had teeth'..lol...).... if im not mistaken, last time i pulled out the dizzy off my 96 2rz, there was only one way it could go back in (ie. 'it wasnt gear driven'..).... thats why im asking if anyone knows whether or not i can put this 90 model head/cam/dizzy on my 96 model 2RZ???? ANYYYYYY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!!!! THANKYOU!

  3. gday all... i have a 96 2rz hiace, which has done a head gasket.... i've been given a whole 90 model hiace, was wondering if the heads are compatible? (ie. can i use the 90 model head/dizzy/cam on my 96?) any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! thankyou!

  5. Thanks for your help Hiro. I ended up finding a black/yellow stripe wire coming from the dizzy assembly, which already had a plug on it, so i tried it and it works fine. Cheers mate! B)
