Hi, Matt Morgan Here NZL. Sounds like I am going through the same issue. Haven't taken it to Toyota yet. Pressure building in Cooling system and blows out header tank. What was the remedy and what did they find with your Rav4 Diesel? I see this was from a while ago but any help appreciated.
