Hello,
I hope somebody can help me with a problem that started today on my 2015 Rav4
When I turn the Ignition off the Daytime Running Lights stay on at full brightness. The Remote will not Lock or Unlock the car. What I found is when I open the Rear Boot the Daytime Running Lights do turn off. The Remote still does not work to Lock or Unlock the vehicle though. I am using the Key to Lock/Unlock now. There are no warning lights on.
The Daytime Running Lights do appear to work correctly. They are off when I start the Engine. They go into High when I put the car into Drive etc. When I turn the Parking lights or Headlights on the Daytime Running Lights do go to half Brightness as they should.
I am Electrical Engineering based so I should be able to do any checks as required.
Does anyone have some suggestions ?
