It is annoying, not life threatening... but would like to know if other brand new Klugers or Toyotas have the same problem. Hopefully we can encourage Toyota to debug their software.

Thanks for your suggestion. Car was only a couple of weeks old when I found the issue. Toyota have confirmed the problem is on all Klugers (and probably other cars) so I will wait for them to remove the rust..... Been 8 months so far......

The rear fan mounting in my Kluger came with rust. A replacement part was sent from Japan with more rust. Apparently and issue with all Klugers. Anyone else have the same problem? There is an access panel rear-right hand side. Picture is of replacement part sent from Japan!

Weird problem with A/C If the A/C is on Then the car is turned off Then the car is turned back on The A/C light is OFF, however the A/C is ON Anyone else have the same problem? Toyota have been unable to fix so far
