Does anyone know where one can source online the software update files for the Entune head - mine is model 13DANOC-CA01 in a 2015 RAV4 Cruiser (with nav). Our American brothers and sisters seem to be able to download the latest updates (at https://www.toyota.com/firmware-updates/ ) but I cannot find them for the Australian versions. The US site doesn't recognise my VIN number.

Similar-sounding thing just happened to me today with my 2015 RAV4 Cruiser. On home screen map area says "loading" forever. On apps screen Nav tile is greyed out. No access to any Nav settings. Switched off and on again, removed SD card and reinserted - what else can I try?

Have you pulled out the spark plugs to see if they have a story to tell? What about a compression check? Handbrake not binding? Wheel bearings OK?

Yes, same issue on a 2015. Has become rapidly worse over the summer 2023/24. Anyone have a remedy?
