I got V.14 with mine

Could you please explain the procedure to make a call using voice dial after the tags have been set up?
Thanks
1. Have the phone paired to the handsfree
2. Click the phone "off-hook" button to get into the phone screen.
3. Press the voice dial button on the steering wheel.
4. It will say "please say the name of the person you wish to call now....BEEP"
5. Say the name. If it recognises the name it will bring it up on the screen. So far it has recogised every attempt I've made (around 10 times, both stationary and driving on a noisy road)
6. Once I've confirmed its the right entry, I press the pick up phone button on the wheel. I think I need to press it at least twice before it starts dialling.
Hope that helps.
Ray
Thanks Ray, works fine now :)
Scott, I'll post up some pics over the w/end.

Be interested in what you find out Scott, here's a couple of links....

"The Aurion's kit was developed by Victorian companies Apollo Gas Products and Lpgas1.
Lpgas1 director Brett Coventry says the Aurion's system produces a 5 per cent power improvement over conventional LPG systems and a 50 per cent reduction in operating costs compared with petrol.
The company says the Aurion's LPG kit is compliant with Euro IV emission requirements and is covered by a three-year, 100,000km warranty. Toyota Australia says the conversion kit does not alter the car's factory warranty providing it's correctly installed."

"The kit uses the Toyota electronic control unit (ECU) which means all the Toyota features are also optimised on LPG," said Brett Coventry, director of Lpgas1 which produces the kit's specialised bracketing, wiring and programming. "It starts on petrol and automatically moves over to gas.
"If you run out of gas it moves back to petrol again. You'd never know the difference, though, because the system offers no power loss."
Coventry said the system produced a 5 per cent power improvement over conventional air valve and venturi LPG systems and a 50 per cent reduction in operating costs compared with petrol."

Hmmm, might have to make some more inquiries, I filled my ford up on gas today at 59.9 then filled the Kluger up at 148.9....ouch!!!!!
Has anyone else inquired from Toyota regards warranty?
-
I was quoted ~ $4500 by a company at Taren Point, Sydney. Toyota warranty seems to be a grey area though.
-
How many sensors across the front, some pics have 2 some have 4 ?
-
Dealer is happy to fit the rear but says they have had problems with the front ones. Anyone had any issues with them?
Prices quoted through dealer? Mine is saying ~ $1k for both.
Do the front and rear sensors really help a great deal with parking?
Thanks

Can the power tailgate be operated while the engine is running?
-
Is anyone using e10 fuel? Toyota booklet says it's ok.
-
Did anyone upgrade their alarm in their new Kluger?
Dealer says stock alarm only covers boot and doors but a $500 upgrade to a 'Repeller' RP2 alarm will cover bonnet and a shock sensor as well as the existing protection.

Mine was ordered October and has only just gone from 'on order' to 'scheduled for production'. I was originally promised January, then Feb, now March....anyone for April????
-
Blower? Yeah, I want one of those too :D
Group discount? A friend has a Kluger on order and wants to go LPG as well.
-
Has anyone considered converting their new Kluger to LPG?
There is an LPG conversion kit available for the Aurion which I think is the same motor? so maybe it's a possibility to convert the Kluger.
Any thoughts or feedback on this idea? I have a dual fuel car at the moment and would like to run LPG on the Kluger if I could.....~$1.48 a litre compared to .63c for LPG....

I have heard there is a kit for the Aurion (same motor?) and maybe the tank might fit in the spare wheel wheel space......

Hi all, I ordered my Crystal Pearl AWD Grande in October and was told February delivery which has now now been pushed back to March :(. Glad I found this forum for my Kluger 'fix' as I'm getting very impatient!!!
Does the GPS have voice direction and can the navigation software be upgraded?

I bought a Supercheap one while waiting for the Toyota one to be in stock.
The SC one @ $30 does the job but would need to be trimmed for a better fit. The Toyota one fits perfectly and has a raised lip around the edge of the mat to trap dirt/spills from running off the mat to the carpet underneath. In my opinion there is no doubt the Toyota one is the go.
