    agree with this. if you are ok with a smaller car and don't actually need the size of the corolla, get the yaris. cheaper, easier to park, uses less fuel, etc. all about what you need it for.

    i won't actually be towing anything on it. will just use it to put on a bike rack and thus would like it to be removable. i believe unused tow hitches present a danger to pedestrians. what do you guys think?

    i want to order a removable tow hitch, too. just not sure yet at this time if this will work/fit in the oz version ... anybody have a clue?

    I've just joined this forum. How's your ZRE152 Corolla going then? we're getting it tomorrow so we'll see how it goes.

    sorry for the questions but will only get our car this weekend ... so what do you rely on for navigation above 5kph? just voice guidance? does this blanking out also happen when you're in radio or CD mode?

    ordered ours 9 april (silver levin zr, auto, moonroof, etc.). found out that morning that there was no silver levin zr auto with a moonroof around but, luckily, a check with the inventory of an incoming ship showed one was available. was with customs on the 23rd, delivered to the dealership on the 25th and we'll be getting the car on friday (could have been tomorrow but we don't have any free time wed and thurs, what with meetings and kids pickup!.

    did it happen just that once? in any case, put everything back to stock and see if it still happens. if it does, then yes could be the alternator. but then again ...

    kevystylez, my cousin has a black (aka ink) ZR with kappas. will try to see if i can visit this weekend, take some pics, and post here. my wife will hopefully be getting her (silver) ZR in a week and a half -- also has kappas.

    if you can get a copy of the corolla accessories brochure, there are pictures there of the hatch with the kappa wheels. second option is to download a copy of the pdf corolla brochure from the toyota.com.au website. the accessories page has a copy of the hatch with the wheels.
