  1. Then biggest change since July, new wheels were fitted and the car was lowered a little more in the rear Fitment pics Wheels are Origin DNA-02 18x9 +30 on 235/40 tyres (all round) and the wheels have also been custom powdercoated to have a purple tinge in sunlight (can barely see it in the photos). Wheelnuts are KICS Titanium-Look nuts.
  2. Been awhile since my last update, so here's what's been done to it (not much) since then: Went to Japan and score myself a senior citizen sticker: Went for a cruise with my JZX homies Got my guards rolled in preparation for some new wheels My OEM panel filter was dirty so I took it apart And replaced with this
  3. Thanks all for the kind words. Bought it from someone else.
  4. Teins fitted, and Origin LED tail-lights
  5. Holy crap, you are going to blind somebody with those HIDs. Absolutely awful. HIDs do not belong in old reflector housing like yours.
  6. The rolling diameter should be the same regardless of the rim size So what you want moving from 18s to 19s is the rim size to increase, and the tyre height to decrease.
  7. Neither - I'd rather get some good quality Japanese made wheels. Also, white wheels require the owner to be very diligent in cleaning due to the build-up of brake dust so unless you're dedicating yourself once a week to cleaning your wheels, I'd stay away from white.
  8. Update time Firstly removed the big spoiler: Shot with Evo MR. Also got some Tein Super Streets waiting to be fitted And a TRD oil filter :)
  9. Not really answering your question but I hope you realise the difference between +42 and +35 is that the wheels will stick out only 7mm more. Also, you can fit more agressive offsets by stretching tyres (although at 7.5", you'll be hard pressed to find tyres skinny enough that will require stretching over 7.5")
  10. Nah, I'm all about genuine JDM parts from reputable manufacturers only - just trust their quality more.
  11. That's the plan but it costs money! Thanks to lousy exchange rate, Tein coilovers now cost $2000+ but I will have to get them in the end, as one of the shocks is leaking. And after calling around, losing rear wing costs around $650. So again, money money money!
  12. I'd go at least 8" wide with good offset (+30) to fill out the guards.
