Annoying rattle/squeeking from the gear shift console. Been back to a Toyota dealer twice but still rattles/squeekes. If I put my finger on the plastic slide it stops the noise! The slide has already replaced by Toyota, and they've put some foam in as well I believe, but it didn't fix the problem. Anyone had this problem & had it fixed? How, please (thanks).

2007 RAV4 Cruiser L Auto approx 15000km. Lousy consumption: 12.5 + L/100km. Mostly suburban driving.
