Thanks for the add. I have a 2022 VX Prado. I read on an other forum that i could instal the Eco, normal, sports mode buttons to my VX. I tried to get info from that form but gave up. has anyone on here fitted this to their prado. Do I need additional patch wires, do i need to upgrade the ECU. How do i get the trim offThat may answer the Wiring question. -

Taking Car Off the Road While I Travel
I'm glad I sold my car about six months ago, so I don't have to worry about it anymore. The sale went well, and I got a good sum of money, part of which I'm spending on my vacation. I've long dreamed of visiting Spain, and I'm planning my trip now, having already booked Alicante airport transfers on the AtoB website. Moments like these give me a sense of stability, safety, and reliability. Plus, the drivers in these transfers are said to be very polite and friendly. I plan to ask them about good car-sharing services in Spain. -

Prado 2015 GXL Automatic diesel
Hi I have been traveling around Australia for the last four years. I have spent a lot of time in the far north of Qld, NT, and throughout WA (which is arguably my fav), and the car hasn't missed a beat. I have it serviced regularly. I have good tyres, I travel light and I am never in a rush. I do love my wheels but I am becoming more environmentally aware and am wondering how I can make my car more sustainable. I have been on the Green Vehicle Guide website, but is there anything mechanical I can do to decrease my emissions? -

Buying 3rd hand 2010 Aurion Sportvio for $9000
Owner of a 2010 for 5 years. Bought with 48K on her, now at 165K. Only maintenance so far has been fluids, tyres and normal preventative maintenance. I intend to keep for another 100K at least. Most reliable and trouble free car I have ever owned. As long as the one you are looking at has been looked after with servicing history, you will be fine for five years in my opinion. Cheers, Rowie -

Aurion "wobble"
Interested in the outcome re. the wobble. I had a wobble recently and turned out I had RH CV inner boot that had leached out the grease (remaining grease was liquified). Replaced and wobble completely gone. Probably not your issue if you have replace both shafts. My 2010 has 165K on her so keen on any preventative maintenance etc. -

My new purchase 2010 V6
6 weeks ago I purchased this 2010 Rav4 V6. Am very impressed with it's performance, very quick indeed. Obviously with that kind of power comes the fuel consumption, but just feathering the accelerator it moves well enough. Have been doing some research and have found the 3.5 has a issue with Oil Cooler lines. Have noticed the top VVT line is a solid line, no rubber elbow. Can't see clearly underneath without taking the bottom cover plate off, it's been way to wet lately to do it. So hopefully the bottom 2 lines have been done too. This one has steel rims but I want to put alloys on it. Does anyonje know if 19' rims with a 245/55 tyre fit the car. -

Vehicle tool kit
Just got my first Hilux. 2000 4wd diesel. It's missing some of its tool kit, specifically the tool to lower the spare tyre. I have 2 pieces of the 3 piece lowering wrench, but not the end bit that locks into spare tyre mechanism under car. Could anyone recommend a reputable source to purchase a new one. I see them online but many look pretty dodgy, keen to get one I can rely on. Happy to just buy a whole new kit. I'm in the Coffs area, NSW. Thanks loads
