I am trying to restore my ex Maxi-Taxi, Toyota Hiace Commuter to its original white.

Whilst I realise that it really should have a full respray, I am thinking of just covering the orange painted sections and then pinstriping the joins.

The reason I am doing this is so that I can then put it into service as a courier van and work for myself.

I have little time and experience atm to achieve this myself, along with little funds...so, I am also looking for someone near me in Brisbane to to the job for me at a reasonable price....an apprentise maybe..???

Cheers, Ray....solemandownunder.

Hey buddy I just bought a Hiace commuter van aswell! My idea is to do the exact same thing. Can I ask how much you paid and how many kms? I'm on the Gold Coast by the way.

Let me know if you find a good resprayer :)
