Hi Toyota ppls!

Im Amber, new on the fourm, looking for parts for my poor car Patty, some idiot ran into us and cos i only have 3rd party the other insurence agency wont pay up so im up the creek without a paddel.

But his is just to say hi!

Heya,

firstly, welcome to the club

secondly, if it's the other person's fault for ramming your car, they have to pay regardless of whether you have full comprehensive or not, did you get their details?

the "hitter/person is supposed to pay you/ contact their insurance to pay you for the damage... the only way this may not occur is if he did a hit n run and you have no details who hit you. < hope this is not the case.

Your absolutley correct mate.

Theres always a loophole though.

If one of the drivers are drunk the insurance company dont want to know about it.

Hit and run like u said.

The person who caused the accident blaimed it on the other party.
