Side protector for Kluger?

Hi, is it advisable to put a rubber side protector in Kluger? (Like those black rubber thingy existing in Rav4 and Corolla)

Where to buy it?

Side protector is a great help to minimize any further damage on your door from those people who parked beside you and suddenly slammed open their door, caring nothing and hit the side of your door!!!

I have not seen any reply on this "side protector" possibility for Kluger (like those existing in Corolla or RAV4).. Does anyone know if this can be done?

No matter where you put it, the other vehicle's doors will always miss it and hit your vehicle anyway :(

It's an option on US Highlander (kluger) http://www.toyota.com/highlander/accessories.html

Maybe could be ordered from the states, but is it worth the effort for the protection it offers??

I bought a set from the USA at a cost of $A230 shipped via UPS (arrived in about 10 days).

Dead easy to affix and aside from looking great will pay for themselves on the first trip to the supermarket!!
