CIBIE foglights

I want to install a row of four foglights in front of my grille (2010 Camry). My dealer said it won't affect airbag, but a coupel of others (including mechanic friend) say it will. Has anyone done this?

Hey Cheetah, I can't give you a definitive answer other than to say I have seen a handful of Camry's getting around with similar gear; there is a CFA car here in Bendigo with a fog light arrangement like that coming out of the grille and I've seen a fair few with the sets of two spotters. I wonder if getting in touch with an engineer would be of any benefit?

I've seen a few cars with them. I did once see a 36 Series Camry with these lights in Ballarat(VIC) a few years ago.

The Camry had a Bar just above the number plate with 4 Lamps.

By the looks of it, i dont think it would affect the airbag.

This is only useful if your in those rural/country areas.
