Yes you can. Not sure of the cost of Labour cost.

Wood grain trim from Toyota would be approx $1200.

Thanks. I was hoping it would only be a few hundred dollars, so I'll keep the silver trim as is. If only they didn't make the Grande model with that daft keyless entry & go system.

check ebay, there is sometimes trimsets for various vehicles on there

You can also get your existing trims coated in Wood grain finish for alot less.

As mentioned, Ebay is also a good option to find trims :)
