Speedo not working

My man, I did a reco of my corolla not long ago, if your 4x4 has abs then turn the acc on and check the connections from each sensors in the wheel arches, get a multimeter and check for 12-18 volts dc on one of the tangs in the plugs. Or turn the car off and check the resistance of each wire to earth, if both are 0 ohms than theres your problem but make sure of your measurements. If there's no abs then check the mechanical linkage from your gearbox to your dash. It would most likely be the mechanical elements before it's the electrical...hope this helped any.
