hi,

i have bought a corona 1984 wagon with the 2.0l st141 2s motor in it. On the drive home as soon as i hit 80kph it started to throw out blue/grey smoke. The smoke is not consistant it will only happen after 80kph and come and goes. the car is burning oil, so i thought rings... but would it blow smoke all the time? i replaced oil, fuel filters and plugs, third cylinder plug looked filthy but on inspection 3 weeks later it is fine?? Now the car has started to start fine and run for days (sometimes not even a day) before it starts to run really rough and just stop. The car will not start the for hours, so i leave it there and go back the next day and it starts????? I thought coil, but where is it? the dizzy cap only has the four plug leads come out it? is it electronic coil? If you can help please do my wife and I need this car for work :)

thank you

kindest regards

Nik
