Would like to know of a reputable brand for HID/Xenon kits that anyone has used.

im after 4300k or 5000k for the light output.

hard to tell apart the fake philips hid kit on ebay whether genuine or not.

would hate to pay $239 on a fake philips hid kit.

appreciate everyones thoughts on this.

When I had my prado, I replaced the factory headlight globes with IPF x1 xenon high performance bulbs, they work abosolute treat, they improve the the high beam depth and distance and also low beam is also improved be and able to see things more clearly and alot quicker aswell, I reckon the driving with on country roads when I replaced the globes has helped me avoid hitting a few roos and other animals, having improved lighting enables better vision at night also helps with fatigue , makes a more relaxing drive.

IPF have a range of different globes for different requirements, I didnt have to change anything to install the upgraded globes, I ran IPF on the factory harness, no problems,I havent upgraded the globes on the kluger as I dont drive at night much anymore, Iam pretty sure Ipf would do the xenon globes for the kluger, they not be what you after in reguards to how much light they put out or type of globe but worth a look anyway, I bought my IPF globes at arb which offer great service and advice, IPF globes are not cheap but are good quality are also made in japan so there made to last, anyway mate this might help you or it may not , I thought it was worth a mention.
