New 70 series

Hi All,

Just ordered a new 70 series wagon, glad I waited for the 130L tank and std lockers,

this wil replace my Jeep as a daily driver and eventually after enought bush pin-striping will replace my Patrol as the main off-road vehice. Dropped myself in here as I'm sure its going to be learning curve working out the best mods and tricks to fit.

First up considering a chip,, hope to improve fuel efficincy????

Hope to see it the day after release as mine has been allocated already... yeh efin hah!

The fuel saving will be less than the cost of any chip ... if you drive sensibly. Few people are worried about economy after spending so much on a truck.

Welcome to the forums, the chip may improve economy slightly, you may need a complete package with chip and good free flowing exhaust and get it tuned by a diesel care specialist, have a look over on the 4wd action web site the lots of guys over there with modified 70 series they put you on the right track.

I love the sound of a those v8, especialy with free flowing exhaust.
