Recently my Aurion Presara battery drained flat when parked for about 36hrs without starting. I found out that the passenger side vanity light had remained on. It would not turn off with associated mirror cover closed. With the sun visor up. its not possible to see that the light is on! This is bad design. Now that is for information, but is there a way to fix this without replacing the complete sun visor?

Try pressing in the cover hard into the open position and sliding it close a few times - maybe the mechanism that switches the light on got stuck?

Thanks Harlo. Tried sliding the cover hard into open position and reclosing a few times - hasn't helped. I need to find a way to remove the mirror and cover to access the switch. Any suggestions will help. Thanks again.
