Reverse lights work sometimes, and sometimes NOT (HELP!)

Hi Guys,

My 2003 Camry reverse light bulbs all good and I got the problem when I shift to "R", sometimes the reverse light is working and sometimes not, so if not working, I will push the gear ( need to wriggle the gearstick around whilst in reverse which seems to do the trick) or push infront and hold it, and the reverse lights work fine.

So anyone can tell me is it the problem with the reverse light switch? or something else??

I'm staying in sunnybank, please do recommend me to a workshop or service centre to fix it with reasonable price. thanks everyone!!
