G'day guys.

Recently bought myself a cheap hilux (1984 single cab) which needs a few things doing to it, most importantly the rear diff, which decided to stop spinning the back wheels over the weekend. I have sourced a full brake to brake rear diff but its a 86 model, will the 86 model diff find a comfortable home under my 84?

Also, (sorry, only just crossed over from Holdens, my 4x4 knowledge is limited at best) my 4x4 does have a bit of a lift (fits 35s, easy) is there anything I should know about putting a diff in something higher (as opposed to a sedan) that I should know about?

Cheers guys
