New roof racks whistling

Hello,

I recently purchased a set of roof rails and roof bars for my 2008 Toyota Kluger from Ebay.

All is well except there is a whistling sound coming from the roof bars (I took them off and just left the rails on to verify the noise was only coming from the bars).

Attached is a photo of the bars and I suspect something (such as a rubber strip) needs to be put underneath the bar in-between the adjustable clamp which holds it onto the roof rails.

Any suggestions as to what I can try to stop the noise.

Not sure where to buy some though if that is what I should try. I will try putting some tape underneath to test my theory.

Anyone had a similar problem?
