Hey guys

Can someone give me some ideas for front brake upgrade for a Ke70. ......I would like to keep the same wheels so am looking for the the most powerful brake upgrade to suit.

Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Why the need for the brake upgrade? Nothing really bolts on directly, the common method would be to convert to an AE86 front setup and then go down the same path as all the hachi guys do. From memory there are also some S13/RX7 conversion paths to go down, but it would be worthwhile determining how much you want to spend/modify based on your desired outcome. No point throwing thousands at converting to RX7 brakes etc when you're still keeping the 4K.

Hi Hiro

Already has 4age...te50 5 speed.....coilovers.........looking at hillclimb/club car so exploring my options.

This wont be the end of setting up the car......I'm wanting to finish what had been started to make it a useful little car.

Since you've already got coilovers that basically ties you down to either the AE86 upgrade path or something like a Hoppers Stoppers kit (would be worth giving HS a ring, tell them your setup and see if their kit will interface with it). Most other options would probably involve new struts/coilovers.

      2015 RAV4 Rear Bumper Cover Removal & Installation

      Hi all. I am hoping someone can advise where I can find the instructions to remove the rear bumper cover on a 2015 Rav4 GX model and to install a new one. I am aware I will need to unclip the harness for the sensors. I assume I will need to remove the sensors from the old cover to the new one. How are the sensors secured and how do I remove them? Any advice and tips would be most appreciated. Thank you

      Glad you got it sorted Geoff. I think I got a win on mine too. I ended up replacing the entire unit inside the fuel tank. The pump was working but was very sick sounding. Also, the filter was very dirty too. I supposed it's to be expected after 14 years. What I can say is that I think some fuel was being pumped from the rear tank, but I think between the filter and the sick pump, it was not enough to empty the rear tank could empty quick enough. Maybe replacing the filter could have gotten me over the line, but I didn't want to have to do the job again. Perhaps if I was selling the car, I might have a different opinion. Its half a day that I won't forget anytime soon. I think I ended up with more diesel on me than on the ground....

      Centre Bearing Replacement

      Hey, Ive installed a new centre bearing on my 2000 model 2.7ltr Hilux. I replaced it due to a shuttering feeling coming from the drive shaft. After I replaced it I could smell the rubber burning and the shutter came back. Looked at the bearing and it has way too much play in it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

      Wheels and tyres combos for various terrain

      I have run into same issue as previous post. Limited replacement choice for 245/60R18's on a stock 2019 GXL Kluger. Does anyone know if you can fit 255 on the stock rim instead. There is a much better choice in that tyre size. I have mailed a couple of Tyre places as well but no reply which makes me think that it is not legal.

      squeak when turn steering wheel sometimes

      hi l have a 2003 TOyota camry thats done 300,000km, l noticed sometimes but not often when l turn the steering wheel a hear a slight single squeak noise, maybe it happens once every second time l drive . l am getting it serviced in a couple of weeks to l will get it checked then, but what do you think is causing it, do you think its most likely a minor problem or could it be serious
