there are no screws it moulded onto the plastic speaker and that is riveted onto the metal on the door!

There's a screw behind the door handle... screw that out and the whole door panel should come off by pulling it off with a bit of force at each side as they are clipped in if I remember correctly.

Just a word of advice, when you do get the door panel off... don't place it standing up against a wall or anything. I did and the wind blew it down and now there are scratches all over it :(

Get a flat head screw driver and tape it up with electrical tape (reduces sctratches).

Place it under the floppy plastic panel you use to grab and close the door.

Same deal power windows panel, also place the screw driver towards the top.

Unclip power windows plug.

You will see two screws, so unscrw them.

Next to the door handle there is a plastic cover. take it off with a finger nail or small taped up screw driver.

you will see a screw being it, so unscrew it.

Jam a taped up screw driver behind the bottom of the door trim to unclip all the clips

I can do all of the above with my fingers (except screws), but ive done it a few times.

Take door trim off (put it flat on carpet away from cats).

Factory speaker is like a 5 inch and is molded into the pod, so it is useless.

Drill out the pop rivot on the pod and remove.

Get a pice of MDF, SAY 12mm.

Cut it the same outside shape as the door pods.

Cut the inner shape to suit your speakers.

Use the factory holes in the door, and find bolts to suit.

Cut the factory plugs off.

Solder the speaker wire and cover with heat shrink wrap.

Hook up speaker wire to speakers

Screw speakers onto MDF.

Return door trim.

All done.
