Hi, I would welcome some advice please.

My car has been running perfectly but last week the Aircon falied. Took it to a recommended aircon guy who informed me the leak required the dashboard to be removed. He was correct, the evaporator was leaking and was replaced.

The dashboard was replaced, both batteries reconnected but now the car won't start.

It is a keyless pushbutton start and the engine turns over perfectly but it just will not fire up.

The fuel filter was changed 2 weeks ago so I don't think that it's a fuel related coincidental problem that's just showed up.

Could it be anything to do with the immobilser? If so, how do you fix that?

I really would appreciate any comments please.

Thanks

Hi, just to followup and for your reference, for some reason (maybe because the batteries were disconnected for two days?) I had to get the key security code from the Toyota agent. This was re-entered into the system and all ok.
