So I have been asked by a few members already to give my thoughts on my vehicle… currently at 6500k and 2.5 months old.

Car details:

RAV4 Crusier AWD Hybrid Saturn Blue..

Toyota towbar

Toyota sidesteps

Toyota nudgebar

Yakima sports racks

Window tint

Rear cargo mat

Mob Armor phone holder

Michelin Pilot sport 4 235/60/18(upgrade from new)

what I like:

Power delivery from the Hybrid setup.

Size and comfort of the car, family of 4 with two teenagers.

All of the safety tech.

The look of the vehicle, inside and out.

fuel economy which I will post a photo of the numbers, but under 6 on average. About 875/900k from a 55ltr tank.

Speed sign recognition.

The brake hold button.

What I don’t particularly like:

No height adjustment on the front passenger seat( fixed this in the 22 model) I am 6’1 though and have no issues.

infotainment system and maps are very average. I just use apple car play.. JBL sound system is good.

Overall a fantastic car to drive and very comfortable.. I have come from multiple Prado’s prior, so big shoes to fill. ECVT takes a little to get use too if u have not had it previously, love sports mode though!!

I love my new RAV4 and would recommend this vehicle to anyone.

I was never a big fan of Toyota products but the TNGA Rav4 has turned that on it's head.

We've had our Cruiser for just over a year and a half and the car has won me over. Toyota has really knocked this one out of the park. A couple of relatively minor niggles, especially considering the price, are the very limited adjustability of the passenger seat, the non-LED overhead lights in the passenger compartment, those terrible fog lights and yes, the infotainment system isn't exactly up to date. Also, given that this is the top of the range model why are the door mounted controls (windows, mirrors) not illuminated?

Driveability, space and comfort and fuel economy are great.
