Prado 2018 USB/Cigarette Lighter Fuse Blowing Issues

Hi,
I have a 2018 Prado. I've recently started experiencing the Fuse for the USB/Cigarette lighter keeps blowing and I can't use any of that to charge my phone for example. First couple of times, I changed the fuse and it would last for a few days but now, I change the fuse and as soon as I turn the car on, the fuse blows.

Anyone experienced this issue? What's the remedy?

Thanks in advance.
