Gooday got a 2007 Rav4.The bottom lip on the front fascia(bumper) is sagging in the middle .Causing under the  engine cover to sag too. Is the bottom lip of the bumper  clipped on the inside to the body or steel framework? Mine has a plastic rib on the inside bottom lip.  Its about 350mm long   in about 30mm from bottom edge mounted horizontally and its  half unstuck .Is that the normal length of that rib or is it normally longer? Does it go end to end or is there another bracket  meant to be there.I would like to know the set up under there. Thanks Guys.
