Dear Toyota Owners,

I have just joined the club, as I got my brand new Corolla Sedan Hybrid last month.

Toyota invited me for a free 1-month service/check, to which I indicated what I think is a problem: the rear middle seatbelt is not retracting all the way after releasing it from its lock, when putting down the seats, which leaves it just hanging there... Toyota tells me that's normal, but it doesn't make much sense: does this happen in any of your cars??

    Thanks!!

Diego

Seatbelt King |Seat Belt Extensions, Replacement, Extenders Seatbelt King

Had same problem with driver seat belt. Could not get a new belt. Found this place, they took the old belt and rebuilt it with new parts for $160 cash. This shop accepts mailed in belts for repair. My new sb works like new now. Over time the fibers off the belt jam up the retract mechanism, this place has the equipment to rebuild the belts. I tried air pressure to clean mine but that did not work. The shop did great work. I am going to take another belt to them soon for repair.
