LN106 3L 2.8D crank oil seal help

Hi I'm doing the oil seal behind the crank timing cog but can't seam to find anywhere what puller to use to remove the cog to access the oil seal. I did the cam shaft oil seal no probs with my harmonic balancer puller but the kit doest come with the required bolts for the crank cog

 

Would any of you guys know ?
