I have a 2013 Camry Hybrid with a climate control air conditioning system. The blower fan has stopped altogether. Prior to it stopping, it would manage temperature by a combination of fan speed and heater tap position as per normal. However prior to the fan stopping altogether, it would "hesitate" between changing fan speeds. For example, on a summer's day, it would be running flat out to cool the cabin, then slow down once it got to the required temperature. When this fan fault first showed, it might be running full speed then stop, then start at the lower speed. On the LCD display, it shows the fan speed as if it were working properly. I tried looking for obvious things like blown fuses or relays, but there's no "conventional" fuses specific to the A/C fan. Does anyone know any simple things to look for before I order a dealer to take the dash apart to find a fan that may or may nor be actually working?
