Hello everyone

I’m a new owner of Toyota vehicle, I just bought a brand new RAV4 Cruiser Hybrid 2024 two weeks ago. Now there are some issues made me uncomfortable.
The first issue is the average oil consumption is deadly sticking to 5.3L per 100km and never goes down anymore, the second issue is battery indicator shows it never been in full charged, and the power level dropping is very fast, even at night time, if I parked the car in the garage tonight with battery power level at 6 of 8, when I started it next morning, the level drops down to 3 of 8, only one night parking.

I am looking for some experienced hybrid car user, can you tell me if my case is usual or not? I strongly suspect the battery is not brand new, anyone can tell me the answer? Or tell me where I can have the car battery inspected or tested to make it clear if it’s new or not?
