Yeah, all there is to it are 8 bolts, the bar and the 2 ends. Follow the instructions given in the guide and it'll be together in an hour. If the ends are already attached, you need to take them off and fix them to the car first. I didn't take a pic of the bits from the box, but if you take a pic of the ends i'll be able to tell you if they are correct. You'll love the rear strut bar B)

When using the templates in page 2 of the instructions make sure that the top and bottom lines run along what the plastic trim edges are. and that funny hook is what the parcel shelf clips into. Line all that up and tape it down, then start drilling and cutting. If you need any more help just ask, but I wont have acess to a computer till nighttime.

Save yourself the $40, those places never do anything correctly anyway. The hardest part is lining up the template, remember check twice cut once. If you do botch-up the holes its well hidden and wont detract from handling :P

Botch-up=stuff up

Just use some sissors to cut out the template. All I did for the holes was drill 3 smalls holes along the centre line and went up drill bit sizes untill it was within millimeters of the required size and did the rest with flat and round files. But there are many options to do it, just use which ever your more familiar with.

Sorry, don't know how to do a CAI. Never done it before so can't help you there.

Oh well, at least next week I should finally have some pics up of the rear strut and some better pointers for removing interior trim.

i done a DIY for the rear strut today it feels heaps better no body roll but i fink i stuffed up the template but when i printed it out i clicked full to page and the template looked right in my car then after all that cutting and shiet we put in the strut bar but the side parts didint fit back into it cuz the template was TOTALLY WRONG!!! so now theres a even bigger hole then the strut... but in the end it turned out pretty good.
