it seems like water has slipped into my car somehow.. its like inbtween the paint and the bonnet of my car. kinda makes a bit of a bubble. it still remains the same colour, but there's water there. i dont know how to fix it or what's wrong with it. any ideas? because it makes my car look even worse than it is and it's an old 1985 corona.

If your car has a light coloured paint look very closely at the area and see if it is slightly darker. Sounds to me like a rust patch. Are the bubbles very small and close together?
