  1. Black rood, cf bonnet, black lip, tribal art running front to back on the doors (remove the middle bar on the doors), black rear skirt, Black spoiler, balck rear altezza lights, balck eyelids.

oh, and purple under carriage lights, phat 18 in black chrome rims.

    ooohhhh yeahhh....

  2. Ok I cant resist I have to post about this,

    Prime example of this...

I go to the Sydney monthly meet section. (No offence to the people posting this stuff)

But i have to filter through sh!t that has nothing to do with the meet.

    Read this page. http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...=6948&st=25

Half of the posts are crazy about nothing to do with the meet. When i go to this section and there is a new post i want it to be about the meet. I don’t mind if someone posts there not coming or stuff like that. That’s cool because it direct Information about it.

I am in total agreement with Steve’s move with the lounge section.

Having fun and posting and chatting with friends is great. It helps with relationships with the club and so forth. But i think the post count should be related to the club and your contribution as a Toyota forum. Not a count on how many times you asked your mate what he's doing on the weekend.

Anyway if you are here to increase your post count then your here for the wrong reasons. IMO anyway.

    Cheers

    Bill

Well said mate. Very well said. Post counts is a healthy and probably the best indication of ones contribution towards a forum. It shouldn't be taken the wrong way.

If whoring or off-topic discussion relating to the topic occurs in other sections, then action will be taken place... simple as that.

Good ness! he even sounds likw a mod now! take the stick outta ur a$$ brandon! :D

  3. Ok since been looking for mags i have found that new ones are abit pricey at the moment ..

I am now seeking second hand ones that are in good nik! say under $500..

try firesport.com and keep going back daily, its updated rather often.

  4. You fellas are all off topic.

Those fog lights are in our corolla design (pre facelift) and will most likely fit, ask them to send you pics of the rear (more then those they have on the site) and dimensions and i will confirm this for you.

most of the people here had their foggies come "free" with the car, i think only a few of us have installed them ourselves.

So talk to either the chrome man (that's me! ) or buddah.

parts train also do a foggie kit for us in aust.

    or... find a wrecker...

  5. HMmm interesting Azza, but as for as the bits on social experimentation goes, does anyone remember a show called house from hell? Amanda Keller and Andrew Denton were the hosts i think, now that didn't hade a big brother figure egging on the sexual innuendos and the show (whilst good) didn't make a comeback.

At the end of the day, its the sex sells business.

BTW Ben Elton wrote a great book on this big brother thing in the early 90's.

  6. Before any of the angry ppl get to you, "do a search!"

now that's covered, for improvement in handling, most ppl are happy with simply lowering the car and putting a good set of front and rear sway bars.

I know a fellow member that was hapy enough with lowering and a summit tower strut bar to...

the more extreme cases are putting in coilvers and whatnots, but some of these fellas are track goers and the rest have dead shocks so they might as well upgrade to coils.

do a search on lowering and see the pros and cons.

but before you run out and spend the money, calculate about the costs and compare it to selling the car and getting something better.

  7. As far a research goes i do believe that TRD will have more work done on the muffler then CES has.

I would keep the muffler and get the catback piping from CES if you absolutely have to buy something.

You hve to take into account that you have limits when it comes to modding any car and this is "just" a FWD corolla.

Why not take the money and put it to a set of good coilovers?
