    Want noise, try a race pipe.  Mine is really bleedin loud, especially when I hit lift.

    There is nothing like hitting lift on full noise, full volume, right next to some Lancer when he thinks he has you beat.

    Ask Danthuyer about the homie in the pimped Volvo on Tuesday night...

    hahah was funny...have cideo footage of it also...must admit i love the sound and i love buddhas comment about it at the meeting the other night :P

    mmm... autobahn

    with all the traveling i did in germany on highways aka autobahns I only managed to see 2 Porsche's co past us at around 120K/hr :(

    Oh and there is a urban myth to the whole 'unlimited speed' issue on these roads.

    - YES There is a speed limit 100k/hr

    - YES busses, trucks stay to the far right lane

    - YES cars can use any of the 4 lanes working slowest-fastest (right to left)

    - YES If you are in a faster lane and someone is coming up behind you YOU MUST MAKE WAY FOR THEM

    - NO the is no magic lane with an unlimited speed (as such)

    Basically what the rules are that if you are in a car that is capable of 150k/hr SAFELY! (in the german police's eyes) then they will not pull you over for traveling in the far left lane (uber fast lane)....however if you are in a 1978 merc with rust all through it balding tyres and a deployed airbag....they will stop your @ss quick smart for even thinking of taking that thing over 80K/hr

    Its all about common sence driving over there....and when you see a 4 lane highway with people that know HOW TO DRIVE ......... it really is amazing how well it flows......even in peak hour

    OH and bill....can you pop into St Goas for me and get me a new Stein or 2 and then head back to Munich and grab me some beer from the Hofbrauhaus

    Visa seems to be accepted in more places.

    just wanted to know if you guys know the difference between a visa card n a mastercard

    im looking for a credit card right now but the 2 are the same to me.

    depends at how you look at it. I thought this also untill I went overseas and applied for a VISA as I already had a Mastercard.....and suprisingly enough even some horse backed mongolian ghengis kahn looking guy had an EFT machine on his back that took my master card............we maybe not, but you get my point :D

    But definatley check the fees...and remember that you pay MORE in annual fees for bonus schemes based on purchse points etc.

    MAGNAFLOW MUFFLER

    Sorry to hijack your thread.

    But i'm just wondering where in brissy can i get a magnaflow muffler and resonator? And appox. how much.

    The remus axel back i have on is fairly restrictive so i'm thinking getting a cat back made up. Will it be loud? I'm not a fan of noisy exhaust anymore.

    magnaflow = noise :P

    There are a few places to get them in brisbane...... I know of one going cheap but its too damn loud for our engine/car

    BTW - I loved that whooshing sound your exhaust made at the CES dyno day ;)
