    tyres

There is a difference in the load rating between a passenger and SUV tyre. Unless I'm mistaken, the Falken ZE912 is not an SUV tyre so you are taking a risk with in the event of an insurance claim. Have you looked at the Bridgestone Duelers HP Sport?
  2. Hi cybistro, $38,800 was a drive away price for a private buyer. No lease or fleet involved. Full cash payment upon taking delivery of the car. Hi Warrenkole, I'm helping a work mate shopping for a Kluger at the moment. Can you refer me to where you bought yours from? Scud - try to look you up but I can't find which dealership you work for. could you send me your details and I'll pass it on. Cheers....
  3. This has nothing to do with John Brumby. It's the local councils who are responsible for road maintenance.
  4. Unless I'm mistaken, all Made-in-China Camry (aka Aurion) have 2.4L 4Cyl so getting a Supercharger Kit won't be much use to you.

    E-85 Fuel

If Lexus doesn't recommend ethanol blends greater than 10%, then I would stay away from E85 if I were you. http://www.lexus.com.au/service/fuel/
  6. It's called Lexus RX350/RX400h/RX450. Take your pick.
  7. All Internal combustion engines generate vibrations to some degrees. More noticeable on cold starts until the engine reaches its operating temperature. If you want zero vibration, plug-in electric car is your solution when it is on sale. As for the vibration when putting the transmission into reverse on cold start, this is common on standard automatic with a set number of gear ratios (a.k.a speeds) when the transmission fluid is not warm up. If you want zero vibration, buy a car using continuous variable transmission (CVT). Cheers....
  8. Congrats on your new purchase. The latest whereis maps is v15. Your SatNav DVD drive unit could be located under the driver/passenger seat. Perhaps other Kluger owners can advise you the exact location. A friend has a 03' Prado and the drive is located under the drivers seat. All it's needed is to turn on electrics (ACC), unload the disc and insert the new map. The system will do the rest. The SatNav system used in all Toyota (and possibly for all other car makers that uses Whereis map) does not give speed limits and red light camera alerts even though the map itself does have these features. It's ironic that you can spend $200 on a GPS NavMan/TomTom which offers these features and spoken street names while the same map used in Toyotas don't. IMO, it is cheaper option to pick up a new mobile GPS off the shelf than spending $300-$400 on a new map disc.
