Why do things never go perfectly? why is it whenever i think i'e got a dolid plan things go wrong? Need some advice people!!! My new TRD grill arrived sometime yesterday and i was very happy when i got home from work and saw the package on the doorstep... I unwrapped it slowly and stared lovingly at the R running through the wire mesh and then as i unwrapped the main piece, disaster struck! one end was broken off... Damn those bloddy couriers!! the thing was wrapped in a mile of bubble wrap so clearly they completely ignored the fragile stickers on the box!! Anyway have attached a few photo's comparing the TRD grill with the sportivo grill for you all. A few things i noticed straight away:

The TRD grill is a fair bit heavier and has different tabs (see photos) to attach the car, also the new grill doesn't come with any screws etc to fit to the car or does it come with the actual Toyota badge....

Gotta Say Brad has been very helpful and in no way does this reflect on him! We will both be contacting the company involved and will keep you all posted....

Thats why i pays to pay that extra few buck for insurance. gives you peice of mind

if so then, CRAAAAP I just bought ones with only 5 for the front interior and the doors.

Where did you get these from? The ones I got from ebay were too long to fit in the number plate position, so used them in the doors of my other car.

Thats a v1 VIP lexus grill unpainted which i have but having second thoughts of keeping it - the quality is A grade like oem which I beileve this company in taiwan making for toyota.

I went 35w 6000k which seems to be the most popular and happy with.

For sydney sider I got mine local for $100 there on special ballast and globes made in japan as the label mentions.

VFX close to you mate caringbah.

I have also put 9 led for parker which just fitted virtual mean just fitted - wow it lights up

Nope doesn't take much to fit

this was only put on to see what the car would look like very tight fit

The kits are all the same come from company in taiwan.

just found once the switch in fully inserted and locked in the push button bit get stuck some times i will have good look this weekend.

as last weekend was busy one installing everything hid - led all round , rear sensors and fog and eye lid etc :-)

will have more time to play this weekend.

yeah, as daryl said... ive got my eyelids colour coded and stuck on (thanks again daryl!)...

the colour coding costed me $50...

ive been meaning to take some pics of it, but i've been flat out with assignments... :(

so the car has been severely neglected for the last 2wks.. :(
