  1. Price: $149.00 ono

Location: Melbourne (Inner CBD, pickups welcome on weekends only), interstate buyers to pay $26.50 for REGISTERED POST with tracking.

I have available a 100% authentic 3M Coil 5-piece car mat set that has been specially cut universal and will fit all coupes and sedans.

3M Coil Mats are waterproof and any dirt, dust, mud etc can be cleaned off easily. Because of its unique Coil technology, dirt will be easily removed by removing the mats from your car and giving them a quick dust. Dried up mud can be hosed off and the mats will dry in a matter of minutes when left out in the sun.

We all know how expensive it is to replace a set of factory carpets regardless of the brand of car we have. Using the 3M Coil Mats, we can avoid ever getting our factory carpets damaged and more importantly retain some value when reselling the car. Best of all, your set of 3M Coil Mats can be removed from your existing car and used in your new ride!

This set is made to slightly larger so it will fit most makes and models without issues. Buyers can opt to further customize the mats if you wish by tracing your original mats onto this and trimming them down further. Up side of leaving the mats universal is that these are then transferable when you do eventually change your car and these are extremely durable mats which will last you quite awhile under normal driving conditions and use.

the color idea on the wheels should look really good on your ride, now to just find em.

  4. topic caught my attention tash!

however it aint rolling sound i hear in my door... somehow with the colder weather coming along, it seems as if the driver side door is contracting at uneven levels so much so that with every minor bump i go over (which means every other centimeter on melb roads) theres like a crackling noise i hear.

but if the sun is shining bright and my car is heated up well... somehow the noise is gone...

juz wondering... the build quality of the acv40 aren't fantastic are they?

  5. did this to my car today... some mofo in front of the car in front of my decide to change his mind on a highway to make a left turn and i slammed into the dude in front of me.

he got a great tow bar protecting his bumper but i tok a big hit... broke my grille into half and tore open my bumper.

my question to experts... can this be repaired or is it better off changing the bumper. If the latter, noe where i can find one for cheap?

Almost feels as if it hasnt really moved from where it was sitting. Now from what I've been told, they should settle in but even then it'll only drop a further couple mm. That's about it. :S

I couldn't afford a full set of coilovers otherwise I would have done that, so I had to settle with a full round of kings. What do you guys think? Is there ssomething amiss?

i had the same problem when i went kings all around my camry as well mate. ya went with superlows?? anywayz, theres some truth to the springs settling, but not much unfortunately, so do stat getting use to the look of it :(

  7. Hi All,

I will be heading back from vacation in a couple of days and the next time I am looking at my car, it would already have been 28 days since I last started it.

What are the chances that I will still be able to start it up??

No... I have not removed the battery terminals... :(

If the battery is dead... anyone noes if any battery places is open on a sunday??

  8. Hey people.. A revival of the group buy. I got several PMs when I said I considered of selling my ducktail. And I know the last GB didn't happen as Ari MIA. Since I got heaps of spare time, I thought I'll give u guys a hand on gettin the items u are after.

However, dun get ur hopes too high thou. The process will take time, god knows how long, depending on u guys too with the confirmation, payment process and stuff. But I will definitely try to clear things as soon as I see problems with it, again, as I got heaps of spare time.

Anw, there are several things before anything could happen

1.) How many people are interested with this Group Buy and the items.

2.) I'll need to establish the 'line' with the Thai through E-mail and see If they reply back.

3.) Need the MOD to approve this group Buy

4.) See If we can get any discount. I'll use Ari - AUR30N as reference / past customer.

Why don't we start with the interested parties and I'll see if it's good enough for the group-buy to happen.

Edit: This is the list of items that's available from RStyle Racing

Anyone noes if the roof spoiler can fit onto a gen6 camry?

  9. ... btw, you haf any idea on where i might be able to get that lovely looking item shown in the pic attached?

You can search around for better quality ones if you don't like the Spectre brand, but if you are fine with that, you can go to Autobarn or something and ask if they can order parts from Spectre (since they usually stock parts from them in the first place). There are two they have that you can choose from, the second one providing more customisability to play around for the potential to get a positive gain (even if small):

Air Flow Sensor Mount 3" Chrome - Part No. 8705

    maf1f.jpg

    3" MAFS Adapter/Tuning Kit - Part No. 9405

thx mate... man, it does feel like google.com when it comes to getting questions answered around here :)

  10. You essentially just need to find yourself an adaptor that looks like this:

    100083.jpg

They aren't a part that is kept in store most of the time so you will probably have to order it in.

Once you have that, you just add your hoses, drill out any necessary hole for vacuum lines, add your filter and then you are set.

Or go all out and get this:

    http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=69-8610TTK

yeah, i was lookin at that mate... but $400+ off ebay and i noe it aint gona work magic on my car but juz more of an audio enhancement which was why I was kinda looking at cheaper options.

thanks for the response mate... i'll sniff around and see wat i can find... btw, you haf any idea on where i might be able to get that lovely looking item shown in the pic attached?

    thx heapz...

  11. hi all,

anyone done a stock air filter box swap with a pod filter with an adaptor?? i read that it is possible to do just that without clowning around too much with piping and fiddling around with the air flow sensor on the stock set up.

does this make sense to anyone or am i spouting rubbish? if it does make sense would places like autobahn sell such adaptors to suit?

    big thanks. :)
