hoping for low 16's according to Danz

today, whilst at the dyno day, i was quite shocked at my reading of 80.2kw

during the first 2 runs on the machine, the tech was only revving the 1zz to 6200rpm. on the last run i told him to rev it to 6700rpm (where my fuel cut off is)

This is why i got the 80.2kw. talking to Danz, he can only rev to 6200rpm and that is where he gets fuel cut off...

do other 1zz owners rev to 6700rpm? or is this something strange?

looks like a great day was had and some interesting results and comparisons... but the Stivo still has bragging rights :)

makes you realise just how well Danz car is modded when you see those results...

Coming off the Western Ring Road going up the Keilor Park Drive (Calder Freeway) exit, at about 6:15pm...

A black facelift stivo, all stock. Stopped in the right hand turning lane.... Turned left towards the Calder Freeway entrance and i was behind it... Gave it a run... but had no chance... lol

10:20pm in Hoppers Crossing (Heaths road), a white '05 stivo, lowered and eyelids... thats all i saw

i know it will travel further, but while driving around melbourne, you would come to expect FM to be exceptional??

since day 1, ive had the worst FM reception imaginable.

sometimes even AM is better than FM. at first i thought it may have been a faulty antenna, but toyota were certain it wasnt... just bad reception
